Here is a special invitation from our friends at the Drepung Gomang Institute:

To prepare for His Holiness' birthday
celebration eight visiting monks from the
Drepung Gomang Monastery in southern India
will create a Compassion Buddha Sacred Sand
Mandala in five days of prayer.

DGI is honored that Interfaith Paths to Peace is
our co-sponsor of this week-long event.

The opening ceremony will be
Tuesday, July 1st at 11am - 12:30pm
at DGI, (411 N. Hubbards Lane).

Tuesday, July 1: 2 - 7pm

Wednesday, July 2: 10am - 5pm

Thursday, July 3: 10am - 5pm

Friday, July 4: 10am - 5pm

Saturday, July 5: 1 - 7pm

The tour will be selling Tibetan crafts, clothes, religious items and jewelry as well. Donations
support food for the 2000 monks at the Drepung Gomang Monastery, the costs associated with
education of monks, and other needs at the monastery.
